Success Jams® are taking a break for now

Thanks for stopping by. The Success Jams® aren't available at the moment, but there's plenty more happening at Make Real Progress.

Come and find us, we'd love to stay in touch.

    Hey there!

I'm Katy Walton and I created Success Jams® to connect the people who spend their careers supporting leaders.

25 years as an in-house L&D partner. 5 years running my consultancy, Make Real Progress. I know how tough it is trying to figure this stuff out on your own, usually with limited time, limited budget, and a lot riding on you getting it right.

That's why I created the Jams.

Right now the Jams are on pause but that doesn't mean I am.

Come and find me over here in the meantime.

    See what I'm up to
